How to Register for Seminar OKK (For HRDC Member)
1. Login to eTRISAccess the eTRIS system using your registered login credentials.
2. Click the Provided LinkUse the specific registration link shared for the Seminar OKK.

3. Select Registration TypeChoose “HRD Corp Registered Employers” as your registration category.
4. Enter MyCoIDAccurately enter your company’s MyCoID (Company Identification Number).
5. Select Course Fee ItemFrom the dropdown menu, select “Seminar OKK” as the course fee item.
6. Choose Payment MethodSelect “Levy Deduction” as your preferred payment method.
7. Add Participant DetailsFill in the required participant information and click “Add” to include each attendee.
8. Tick Acknowledgement DeclarationCheck the box to acknowledge and agree to the declaration terms.
9. No Attachment Required for DeclarationPlease note: No supporting document or attachment is required for this declaration.
10. Click SubmitReview all the information entered. Once confirmed, click “Submit” to complete the registration.
11. Check Email for Approval or Rejection NotificationMonitor your email inbox (and spam/junk folder) for an official approval or rejection notice from eTRIS.
12. Notify Our Officer Upon ApprovalOnce you receive the approval email, kindly inform our officer immediately so we can assist with the next steps of your participation in the Seminar OKK.

To register, kindly fill-in the form using the link provided. Please upload receipt as prove of payment in the google form.
